Refund Policy for AnytaskOS

Thank you for choosing AnytaskOS. Because we offer a usage-based subscription model, our refund policy is designed to align with the value you receive.

1. 24-Hour Free Trial Period

For most toggle-based features (e.g., Track Shift, PIN Switching, On Screen Keyboard, Auto Import), we provide a 24-hour free trial from the moment you toggle the feature on. Billing only commences 24 hours after activation. Therefore, refunds for these features are not applicable within the first 24 hours.

2. Immediate Billing Features

Certain features, such as Custom Domain, PWA App, and Manual Email Reports, incur costs immediately upon activation or usage. Due to the instantaneous nature of these services, these charges are generally non-refundable.

3. Usage-Based Charges (API, Webhooks, Data Rows)

Charges based on data volume (API calls, Webhook rows, or database storage limits) are billed based on actual usage. If you believe there was a technical error in calculating your usage, please contact support within 7 days of the invoice date.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may deactivate toggles or cancel features at any time via the "Manage Settings" window. Cancellation will prevent future billing for that feature at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of usage.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of AnytaskOS management in cases of documented system failures that prevented you from accessing the Service, or fraudulent transactions.
